Our corporate & tax practice is led by Tan Yi Lyn, with a particular focus of private funds. Yi Lyn approaches each brief with a very unique set of skills and experience in corporate, commercial and tax law, honed over the last 12+ years as corporate and tax attorney in one of the biggest international law firms and as in-house counsel of a dynamic international Silicon Valley venture capital firm.
