This Personal Data Protection Notice ("Notice") sets out how Tan Shang Neng (Advocates & Solicitors) ("TSN") will collect, use, process and disclose the personal data provided through this website and our general business contact with you, for the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. This Notice does not address information collected through other sources such as an attorney's personal contacts. 
 
You may have provided your name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, address and such other personal information ("Personal Information") in your engagement with us. We retain and process your Personal Information to enable us to provide our legal services to you, to correspond with you in the course of our business either as a client or as a business contact, or otherwise to respond to your requests or provide you with information that we consider may be of interest to you (collectively referred to as Purpose). If you are interested in applying for a job at TSN and have submitted your resume information by email, we will use it only for internal application review processes. 
 
TSN does not disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties without your prior consent. However, if any disclosure is necessary to comply with any government or law enforcement agency requirements, court orders or legal processes, or if otherwise required by law, then we may disclose the personal data in compliance thereof.
